Ge Yulu born at Wuhan, Hubei. He undergraduate in Media Art at Hubei Institute of Fine Arts and postgraduate in experimental art at Central Academy of Fine Arts.

“Facsimile is the important method for art study by reproducing the artwork to study the technique and taking time to understanding that artwork”
Facsimile exhibition presented the artwork of Ge Yulu while he is in Artist in Residency Program.
He explored the surrounding neighborhood area and interested in the relationship between people and the artwork in their houses.
He presented the outer aspect facsimileing the artwork in other’s private space from the long distance between him and the artwork to learning and understanding their life through their artwork.
